Terms of Service

1. What the service is

DopeVpn provides an encrypted virtual private network (VPN) connection so you can reach the internet securely. That includes account management, server connections, a data allowance, and the client apps.

2. Your responsibilities

By using the service you agree to:

• —Comply with all laws and regulations that apply where you are
• —Not use the service for anything unlawful — including but not limited to network attacks, fraud and distributing malware
• —Not abuse the service, including heavy P2P downloading, scraping at volume, or reselling your account
• —Take responsibility for everything that happens under your account
• —Keep your credentials safe and change your password immediately if something looks wrong

3. Account limits

• —Up to 3 devices online at once per account; connecting a fourth signs out the one that has been connected longest
• —One account per email address
• —One trial per IP address in any 24-hour period
• —Accounts may not be transferred, rented or sold to anyone else

4. Plans and payment

• —The price, data allowance and duration shown at checkout are the ones that apply
• —Service stops when a plan expires or its data runs out — nothing renews automatically
• —Cryptocurrency payments activate as soon as they are confirmed; refunds always go to your account balance rather than back on-chain
• —If something outside our control takes the service down for more than 24 hours, we extend your plan proportionally

5. Refunds

7 days, no questions asked, if all of the following apply — request it in one click from My orders and we review within 1–2 business days:

• —The payment was made within the last 7 days
• —On plans with a data cap, no more than 10% of the data allowance has been used (unlimited plans have no such condition)
• —The plan was not a gift-card bundle, since a code cannot be taken back once issued
• —The plan was not a Weekly Pass or another plan of 7 days or less
• —The order was placed on the website — App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, so request those from Apple

Refunds are credited to your account balance and can be spent on any plan. USDT is not returned to the original address because on-chain transfers are irreversible; contact support if you need an on-chain refund arranged separately (on-chain gas is deducted). Separately from this window, we also extend plans proportionally when the service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in total.

6. Intellectual property

The DopeVpn name, brand and interface design are ours. The client apps are built on open-source software, and we comply with the relevant licences including GPLv3 — the source is available in our public repositories.

7. Changes to and termination of the service

We reserve the right to:

• —Suspend parts of the service for technical upgrades or server changes, with 24 hours' notice by email
• —Suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without a refund
• —Change prices and data allowances — this only affects new orders, never a plan you have already bought

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for:

• —Degraded connection quality caused by third-party networks or restrictions imposed by your ISP
• —Data loss or account damage caused by your own misuse
• —The legal consequences of anything you do through the connection
• —Interruptions caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or government action

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to any user will not exceed the amount that user actually paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

We will email you 30 days before any change takes effect. Continuing to use the service counts as accepting the new version. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the change takes effect and claim proportional compensation for the unused part of your plan.
